Summary
An albumen print photograph of 2 sculptures, in carte de visite format, mounted in a white stiff card page within an album. The window of the mount is portrait format and has curved corners. It is surrounded by a 5mm wide embossed margin. The picture is of a gallery scene showing two different classical statues which are mounted on raised plinths. The first statue in the foreground is of a full length female upright nude leaning back on a tree . She is partially covered by a material drape. The second statue in the background is of a female nude in a similar pose. Recto nil. Verso nil.

Part of the Fenton Collection. A gift from British Film Institute in 2017. From 1986-1999, part of BFI collection for the Museum of the Moving Image. BFI purchased collection in 1986 from James Fenton's Museum of Photography, Port Erin, Isle of Man 1976-1986
