Summary
A blue transfer printed ceramic warming plate, upon a metal hollow dish bottom. Printed to the border with scrolling foliage around a thin geometrically patterned frieze. The metal bottom vessel circular in shape with an everted rim, with two wire handles fastened to opposing sides with a fold of metal. With a curved tubular spout protruding from one side with a circular screw cap.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Khadambi Asalache upon his death in 2006; acquired fully in November 2010.
