Summary

A pair of heavy, metal cloth shears with large hand-holders and heavy wide blades, the top one rather rectangular shaped. On a hinge on one side appears; 'R. Groves and Son, Sheffield, Eng. F.A. 16708', on the other; '1858 / 197'. Possibly the 1858 is 1958.
