Summary
A late-18thC Dutch mahogany cupboard/clothes press; triangular pediment with applied carved fruit between scrollwork; frieze inlaid with flowers and leaves in reserves, the narrow splayed corners with applied, silvered figures on ebony ground; two upper and two lower (square) doors inlaid with oval panels of urns of flowers. Gilt bronze mounts; fluted tapering feet. (The floral marquetry panels taken from a piece of 17thC marquetry furniture)
