Summary
Fourposter bed. A fourposter slate bed, possibly designed by Thomas Hopper, with William Morris painted cotton 'Pomegranate' hangings of 1877. The footposts are spiral-reeded, and the footboard is of 'cupid's bow' outline, with a band of shallow geometric carving towards the edge all round.
