Summary
Oil painting on panel, Triptych of Archangel Michael, the Virgin and Child with an Angel and the Archangel Raphael with Tobias, after Perugino (Citta della Pieve c.1450 – Fontignano 1523). These are copies of three panels from the Certosa at Pavia where they formed the lower tier of a six-panel altarpiece, probably commissioned in 1496 by (or on behalf of) Lodovico il Moro, Duke of Milan. The originals are now in the National Gallery, London, bought from the Melzi collection, Milan, 1856.
