Summary
An oil painting on canvas of Emily Bayly, Mrs Wyndham Ketton-Cremer (1882-1952) signed top left Allan Davidson (1873-1932). A half-length portrait of a seated woman, turned slightly to her left, gazing at the viewer, wearing a violet dress with an ermine and tippet trimmed coat before a grey background. A companion to NT 1401263. She was the wife of Wyndham Ketton-Cremer and mother of Robert Wyndham Ketton-Cremer, the last squire of Felbrigg.
Provenance
Part of the Windham Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1969 by Robert Wyndham Ketton-Cremer (1906-1969)
