Summary
Gouache on paper, Nero's Tomb, by G.B. Busiri (1698-1757). A stream with figures in foreground, behind is Nero's Tomb, a roman sarcophagus precariously mounted on stones. At left is a rustic chapel with a farmhouse and in the distance a prospect of hills.

Part of the Windham Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1969 by Robert Wyndham Ketton-Cremer (1906-1969)
