Summary

A fireplace comprising a polished steel surround, 1789, with a brass egg and dart outer border, and a dot and dash inner border. A cast iron grate with two bars and three balls.

Provenance

Part of the Windham Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1969 by Robert Wyndham Ketton-Cremer (1906-1969).
