Summary
A copper hotplate or plate warmer stand. Rectangular shape and standing on six squashed ball feet (one is loose) in the form of a pagoda with arched openings to each side and one to each end. A ceiling over surrounded by a parapet, in the ceiling three circular openings in a line centrally from end to end.
Provenance
Part of the Windham Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1969 by Robert Wyndham Ketton-Cremer (1906-1969).
