Summary
Dish with cover and outer cover. The dish contains a compartment for holding ice, possibly originally intended for the Russian market to hold caviar or chilled ass's milk (used as a cream for removing makeup).. Hard-paste porcelain, decorated in colours with arabesques and floral patterns. Marked for Andre Marie Leboeuf, Queen's Porcelain Factory, Rue Thiroux, Paris, c.1776-1778.
