Summary
Dress - Cream muslin with black tambour embroidered sprigs. Low stomacher front with wrapping front bodice, front of skirt gathered on tape which probably pinned to lining of bodice. Sleeves elbow length and fitted to arm. Muslin over sleeve set well into back which is reminiscent of earlier 18th century construction. Bodice lined with linen. Back of skirt gathered onto bodice with small bustle frill on back seam. Bodice and sleeves edged with black tape.
