Summary
Library steps - Mid Georgian mahogany seat, in the Chippendale style, with twin chair back, each arched section pierced with trellis and quatrefoil medallions on eight moulded square chamfered legs united by plain stretchers, convertable to form library steps, the loose seat covered in contemporary petit-point needlework with fruit and flowers on a buff ground.
