Summary
Bodice, part of an open robe (disassembled into four pieces). Greatly altered and patched with almost no original features visible except ruffle on each sleeve. Ground of ribbed silk with cream warps and cream and old rose wefts with woven lace patterning and brocaded trailing stems of flowers interwoven with the lace; richly brocaded in blue, green, bright pink and yellow, the design of sprays of flowers.
