Summary
Waistcoat made from ivory fancy ribbed silk with a cream linen back. The foreparts are lined with silk twill facings and linen. It is trimmed with sprays of flowers and leaves embroidered in multicoloured silks and silver purl and sequins on the leading edges and pocket flaps. There are single flowers embroidered in silk all over. The buttons are fabric covered embroidered with a sunburst design. The neck band has been let out.
