Summary
Dress petticoat - Made of sky grey silk satin 457 mm (18 in) wide. Lined with glazed wool. No interlining. Cut with 6 panels. Knife pleated 50 mm (2 in) wide pleats, onto twilled cotton waistband. Quilted in back stitch with clams shells from waist to within 228 mm (9 in) of hem. Very angular unprofessional design on border. (dress)
