Summary
Breeches - Part of a waistcoat and breeches, front made of rose brown uncut silk velvet. Design of green flowers on ground of cream stems and stripes. Rest made of bleached cotton. New tails of polyester satin. New lining of polyester satin. Interlined with unbleached linen canvas. Front line straight to mid-line, then cut slightly away. Collarless. Deep skirts with wide point overlapping side vents. Pockets with 'v' opening and deep scallops. Back rather shorter than foreparts. 7.4 cm gap between tails. 2 pairs tape ties at back waist. Small, domed, self-covered buttons. 9 from neck to mid-line. 5 on each pocket, only 2 fastening. Buttoned centre-front.
