Summary
Late 18th century Chinese export fan carved brisé with ornate guard sticks showing figures in a series of garden settings with peaches, a Chinese symbol for longevity, shown near the base of the fan. Sticks carved with less intricate garden settings and human figures and buildings. Probably produced Guangzhou (formerly Canton).
