Summary
Chinese silk wall hanging with silver thread. Central panel of pink ground showing peacock with fanned tail and peahen surrounded by two hoopooes in foliage. Two mandarin ducks and a single cockerel. Decorated overall with circular pieces of silvered glass. Border of white, blue and green silk with additional pieces of silvered glass. Overlapping panel to upper part with gold thread decoration.
