Summary
Ladik prayer rug. Central section with red pointed section, green ground above, both with geometric-style design elements on top. Three borders, two narrow (one white ground and one red), one wider border on light orange ground with red, purple, pink and green 'rosettes'. 'Konya prayer rug could be as early as 1800.' (Sara Bamford, April 1997) Sides figure 8 in wool. Knot count 230 x 300.
