Summary
Folding circular table screen made of pleated green silk secured to brass end plates with sticks which, when circle made, fit into a tube which fits into one end of double ended brass bracket. There are two sliders one the bracket which compress the ends – one to hold the screen, the other to clamp onto something. The fan is stored in a cylindrical tin plated box with the remains of gold and black decoration. Inscribed 17 on the inside of the lid.
