Ship's lantern - One of a pair of brass lanterns, for the Port and Starboard of a ship. Central red bull's eye in triangular metal lantern with top handle. In notebook no.2, page ? (1340945.2) Charles Wade refers to: 'Admiral 241. Port and Starboard Lights of a small vessel. In brass ? oil lamps.' Includes sketch with dimensions.
