Summary
One of a set of four cherrywood chairs, English, circa 1800. Comprising one armchair and three single chairs, each with an arched toprail and pierced splat formed of three X-shaped bars, the solid seat on square legs joined by stretchers, the armchair with outswept arms on front baluster supports. Together with a square cushion with red and blue floral pattern on cream ground.
