Summary
Weapon; Wakizashi, steel blade set in a naginata, signed Bishu Osafune Sukesada, Sukesada of Ozafune in Bizen province. Over sixty smiths of this name are recorded, this blade is probably 16th century. Long wooden, black lacqured pole with two carved, cord style grips. Large metal ferrule at top with small hole.
