Summary

A painted wood and decorated fireplace cover, English, circa 1795. Original to the house and a Parminter item, placed in front of the firegrate and fireplace surround and below the mantle as a decorative feature during warmer months. Decorated with shells and watercolours. Features a painted scene of St Michael's Mount possibly painted from Trengwainton Garden.
