Summary
One of a set of architectural drawings for Tatton, this part of a set of Samuel Wyatt's 'Grand Design' and modifications, 1785-1794 consisting of twenty-eight drawings, with one engraving. This part of a set of twelve (with one related engraved view) working drawings for the Grand Design for rebuilding the house, with revisions showing scheme without Greenhouse, for William Egerton 1785-1786. The set consists of plans, elevations and section. This drawing depicts an elevation of the Entrance to the South Vestibule of the building between the House and Kitchen Offices and section of doorcase, with detail of moulding on reverse (crossed out); by Samuel Wyatt.
