Summary
Collection of tools, mainly drills, suggesting that there was a well-stocked gentleman's workshop containing a pillar drill and wood and metal working lathes od reasonable size. The Celeveland Twist Drill Co. (1876-1904) supplied some of the metal morse taper drills and after 1904 when they became incorporated, supplied the rest of the drills. The company are based in Ohio, USA, with agents in Upper Thames Street, London. With the drills is a carving gouge and the blade of a gentleman's wood turning chisel.
