Summary
A blue waistcoat made circa 1900, used for fancy dress. The waistcoat is made from blue cotton twill weave with black worsted braid, nine metal buttons with shank, two flapped patch pockets and brown tapes for adjusting. The back is made from brown cotton twill weave.
