Summary
Oil painting on panel, The Virgin and Child with St Jerome and St Francis, Italian (Umbrian) School. early 16th century. Madonna centre, in red robe with blue cloak, the Christ child on her lap, turned to the right, St Jerome on the left, with hands in prayer, and St Francis on the right with right hand in benediction. All with a faint nimbus. Distant horizon behind with blue sky.
