Summary

One of a pair of French, 18th century, ormolu and white marble candelabra en suite with a clock as part of a garniture de cheminee. The candelabra being four light, with branch arms and poppy flowers, supported by seated putti, on circular fluted marble columns, with rose garlands.

Egerton collection devised to the National Trust in 1960 by Maurice, 4th Baron Egerton of Tatton (1874-1958)
