Summary

A satinwood cylinder bureau, English circa 1785. Inlaid with olivewood and boxwood diamond bands, cross banded in rosewood, slide out interior fitment with adjustable reading easel, fitted one long frieze drawer. Front inlaid with rosewood and boxwood banding, brass medallion handles, on square tapered supports, inlaid rosewood line, brass castors.
