Summary
Mug, Staffordshire salt glaze mug, circa 1755. Of cylindrical form with an everted rim, applied with a loop handle, painted with a stylised figure by a fence in a landscape below a turned band, with flower sprigs at the rim. A British design approximating elements of Chinese ceramic patterns.
