Monochrome photographic print. View looking up the three quarter mile long (1 in 4) incline at Comberow in the Brendon Hills, Somerset. The West Somerset Mineral Railway was run by the Brendon Hills Iron Ore Company and opened in 1861. The twin track is pictured going up the hill between two brick buildings, past a signal with a man standing at the base. Another man is visible on the far left of the image.
