Catherine Hinton married Edward, 22nd Baron Hastings (1912 – 2007) in 1954. She and her husband undertook a significant restoration of Seaton Delaval Hall. It was Lady Hastings who masterminded the restoration of the gardens. Lazzolo (aka Victor Lazzola), was a society artist and magazine illustrator. He was a friend of the socialite, ‘Taki’, and gave evidence on Stephen Ward’s behalf during the Profumo affair.
