Summary
A figured mahogany kneehole secretaire chest, English, circa 1760, with a fitted secretaire drawer below a rosette and ribbon carved edge, the top with a pagoda-shaped mirror, the kneehole with a pair of cupboard doors above a small drawer and flanked by three drawers to each side, all with lattice pattern fretwork borders, cedar linings and elaborate brass handles, on bracket feet below an egg and dart moulding.
