Summary
Fruit dish from dessert service. Design of a small bird on a currant twig at the centre, iron red on white, the rim decorated with iron red rose sprays on gilt ground. Dish with scalloped rim extending at left to form a curl handle.
Provenance
Part of the Shaw Collection. The house and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1950 by George Bernard Shaw (1856-1950)
