Summary
George III oval soup tureen cover of classical design. The partly lobed domed cover with bud finial and later inscription. The tureen with two leafy reeded handles on oval pedestal foot with reeded border.
Provenance
The souptureen was won by W.R.B. (Walter Ralph Bankes, 1853-1904) 18th June 1884 with one of his horses. His horses won several races.
