Provenance
Possibly painted for Henrietta Jenny Fraser (1871 - 1953) or by descent to her of an ancestor; bequeathed to the National Trust by her only son (Henry John) Ralph Bankes, Esq. (1902–1981) together with the estate and entire contents of Kingston Lacy.
