Summary
A mahogany and holly strung bedside cupboard, English, circa 1780. The double hinged top with recesses for washing bowls, now missing, above a cupboard door and commode drawer, raised on square section tapered legs and castors to the sliding commode drawer section.
Provenance
Bequest of the estates of Corfe Castle and Kingston Lacy made to the National Trust by Henry John Ralph Bankes (1902-1981). NT ownership commenced from 19th August 1982.
