Full description

Osma is looking towards the photographer, her dark hair is up and she is wearing a pearl necklace, pearl earrings, a bracelet and substantial wedding rings. She is wearing a pale dress, with short puffed sleeves and a gauzed-covered bodice. She is holding a bunch of flowers. Signed and dated: Dorothy Allhusen 1898 on the image. Her uncle was James Stewart-Mackenzie, 1st and last Baron Seaforth (1847 - 1923) we have two photographs of him in the Polesden Lacey Collection:1247734 , 1247726
