Full description
Mrs Ronalds is wearing a fur stole and pearls on her square cut, lace trimmed bodice, looking to the left. Mrs Ronalds was an American heiress and a society hostess who moved to London. 'Fanny' and Margaret Greville both attended the Duchess of Devonshire's Ball in 1897. They also shared a box at the Opera House on 5 July 1893." Mrs MacEwan, in black, with magnificent diamonds, her daughter, Mrs Ronald Greville, in palest blue, with splendid diamonds, Mrs Ronalds, in white, with diamond star-tiara and aigrette." Signed and Dated: 'Mrs Ronalds 1888'.
