They are mounted on a ribbon bar and offer an elegant, less cumbersome alternative to the full-sized counterparts. Royal Victorian Order 4th Class Lieutenants Breast Badge. A gilt and white enamel Maltese cross of multipart construction with laterally-pierced loop and ring for the ribbon suspension: the face with an oval central medallion imposed bearing the gilt cypher 'VRI' of Queen Victorian red enamel ground withing a deep blue enamel ring with gilt arabesque above, inscribed 'VICTORIA' in gilt letters below, an imperial crown in gilt and red enamel above; the reverse is plain gilt and numbered 477. It is on the original ribbon, deep blue with red, white, red band on the outer edges. Edward VII coronation medal. The obverse has a profile of King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra, crowned and facing left and surrounded by a wreath that forms the rim of the medal. FUCHS is stamped bottom right. The reverse shows the king's cyphers above the date 26 June 1902, surrounded by a wreath in the same form as the obverse.
