Summary
Continental silver patch box of almost cylindrical shape. Engraved with bands top and bottom. Inverted omega. Possibly Dutch, late 18th century.
Provenance
Gifted to the National Trust from Lady Mairi Bury (1921-2009) 1976, then erroneously inventoried as on loan to the National Trust from Lady Mairi Bury (1921-2009) 1976 and subsequently purchased by the National Trust from the Estate of Lady Mairi Bury 2012.
