Summary
Atmos clock c.1940s in glass case with chrome plated base and pillars, signed on the base 'ATMOS BREVETS REUTTER JAEGER-LECOULTRE FABRIQUE EN SUISSE - SWISS MADE'. The clock seemingly having two separate serial numbers, '8048' stamped on the top of the regulator block, and '7292' stamped on the front plate. The chrome-plated movement plates decorated with 'Cotes de Geneve' and 'perlage', held together with blued steel screws. The wheels and pinions of brass and steel respectively, the great wheel and spring-barrel chrome-plated. Matte-white dial with applied black Arabic hour numerals and black-painted hands, 'MADE IN SWITZERLAND' printed very small below the six o'clock position.
