Summary
3 pairs curtains, 3 pelmets and 3 tiebacks. Pugin design but of late C19 manufacture. Curtains of wool and silk fabric with design of foliage and pineapples. Pelmets, neo-Gothic gilded curtain-boxes, all in burgundy velvet with metallic and blue fringe, with fleurs-de-lis motifs at sides and heraldic emblem in centre. Left and right pelmets have falcon and fetterlock and the centre pelmet has a portcullis. Tiebacks in burgundy velvet fading to mushroom. Left and right tiebacks have floral motifs, centre tieback is plain.
