Summary
A walnut nursing chair, English, circa 1850 the T shaped back surmounted with a pierced and carved top rail and flanked by twist turned columns, the over stuffed seat raised on twist carved legs and castors. The back, with petit-point embroidery of a cross surrounded by a floral design on a pale green ground, bordered with beige braid. Upholstered seat with petit-pint embroidery of a floral design within a foliage border on pale green ground.
