Summary
Oil painting on panel, The Adoration of the Magi, after Flemish School (16th century), 19th century. The three kings to the left leaning over the Christ Child seated on the lap of the Virgin, seated to the right in front of Joseph. Structure of stable visible in background, Star of Bethelehem top left. It ultimately derives from the 1585 engraving by Jan Sadeler after Marten de Vos, an example of which is in the Fine Arts Museums, San Francisco.
