Summary
Gorget. An 18th century, cresecent shaped, brass gorget. Decorated with an etched design of the royal coat of arms surrounded by an amorial design.
Provenance
Described in the 1963 Treasury List as one of Clive's gorget's. Accepted by HM Treasury on 21st March, 1963 in lieu of tax and conveyed to National Trust ownership on 29th November 1963.
