Summary
Beaker vase - One of five 18th century Imari garniture comprising of three baluster vases and covers and two beakers. The panels alternately painted in red, gold, green and black with ladies and flowering branches, surrounded by black, underglazed blue and red ground shaped panels.
Provenance
Accepted by HM Treasury on 21st March, 1963 in lieu of tax, placed on long term loan to the National Trust, then gifted to National Trust on 26th March 1991.
