Summary
A mahogany dressing chest of drawers, English, circa 1790. The hinged top lifting to reveal a recess behind the false drawer above six true drawers of various sizes and raised in a plinth base, carrying handles to the sides.
Provenance
Purchased by the National Trust with funding from The National Heritage Memorial Fund from John George Herbert, 8th Earl of Powis and Powis Estate Trustees in August 1999.
